KMU.DIGITAL & GREEN: consulting the state co-funds.
Digitalisation and green transformation are essential for small and medium-sized businesses, and thanks to Austria's KMU.DIGITAL programme, the consulting doesn't have to be a luxury: the federal government funds potential analyses at 80% and strategy consulting at 50%. As a certified consultant (Certified Digital Consultant, consulting field business models & processes) I have delivered around 30 funded KMU.DIGITAL consultations since 2024 alone, from trade businesses through retail to tourism companies. From eligibility through the application to the finished consulting report: everything from a single source.
The funded modules
Status & Potential Analysis
A structured assessment: where does your business stand on digitalisation and sustainability, and where are the biggest levers? Funded at 80% of consulting costs (max. €400).
Digital Strategy Consulting
In-depth consulting in the certified field of business models & processes: digital workflows and value creation, tool and CRM landscape, AI in processes, with a documented consulting report. Funded at 50% (max. €1,000).
GREEN Strategy Consulting
The green funding track: digitalisation projects with a sustainability contribution, energy efficiency, circular economy, resource savings, mobility, procurement. Same funding rates.
Path to Implementation Funding
The funded consulting is generally the prerequisite for the 30% implementation grant (max. €6,000). I set up your project so it stays eligible.
Funding Administration Included
Application, deadlines, consulting report, settlement: I handle the bureaucracy. You focus on your business.
Data Protection Built In
Every digitalisation recommendation is GDPR-sound, as a certified data protection manager I don't create problems that get expensive later.

Are you eligible for funding?
Eleven questions along the official funding guideline (consulting module, May 2024, valid until end of 2027): SME definition, linked enterprises, exclusions, de minimis.
